We are happy to help you find that special plant you've been looking for. Please note there are a few exceptions:
Rare or Exotic Plants and Out-of-Season Plants. We sell plants only during their blooming season. Please check back closer to the time it should be in bloom.
We will keep your request in our database for two weeks. If we are able to locate your plant(s), we will call you immediately.
Full payment will be required over the phone.
Plant orders are placed early in the week. This means we must hear from you before 4 p.m. on Monday to facilitate your request. (If we do not hear from you, we must assume you are no longer interested). When you call to confirm, we will take the appropriate payment over the phone with a credit card. ( A copy of the receipt will be left for you with the cashier inside The Flowercraft Store).
You will be called the day your plant(s) arrives. We cannot hold indefinitely; pick-up must be by the end of same week on Sunday or plants will be returned to stock and 25% of your payment will serve as a restocking fee.

Thank you for your request. Please allow up to two weeks for us to contact you if we are able to source your plants. Note that pre-payment will be required and plants must be picked up as soon as possible or a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
